Shipping Policy

At Imperfect & Chosen, each order is created with intention and made especially for you. Many of our products are made to order and fulfilled by trusted third-party production partners. Because of this, production time is separate from shipping and delivery time.

Order Processing & Production

Most products require time to be produced before they are shipped. Production times vary depending on the product, production partner, order volume, and destination.

Please note that processing and production times may be longer during holidays, high-volume periods, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

Available shipping methods, rates, and applicable estimated delivery information are displayed at checkout based on your order and shipping destination.

Delivery estimates begin after production has been completed and the order has shipped. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed, as carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances may affect delivery.

Tracking Information

When tracking is available, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information after your order has shipped. Please allow time for the carrier to update the tracking information after the shipping label is created.

Orders With Multiple Packages

Products may be produced and fulfilled by different production partners or facilities. As a result, items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages and at different times. If this happens, you may receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

Shipping Addresses

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Because made-to-order products may enter production quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once production or fulfillment has begun.

Imperfect & Chosen is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. We will do our best to assist when possible.

Lost, Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging when applicable. We will review the issue and, when eligible, arrange an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your local carrier, or other secure delivery areas around the address. If you still cannot locate the package, contact us so we can review the situation with you.

International Shipping, Customs & Duties

International shipping availability may vary by product and destination.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs processing may also result in additional delivery time.

Shipping Delays

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside the control of Imperfect & Chosen, including carrier disruptions, weather, holidays, customs delays, or other unforeseen events.

While we cannot guarantee carrier delivery dates, we will make reasonable efforts to assist if you experience an issue with your shipment.
