Returns & Refunds

At Imperfect & Chosen, our products are made to order especially for you. Because each item is produced after your order is placed, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or because an incorrect size or color was selected.

Damaged, Defective, Misprinted, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the product and the problem. After the issue has been reviewed, an eligible order may receive a replacement or refund, as appropriate.

For eligible damaged or defective items, you generally will not be required to return the original product.

Sizing & Color

Because our products are made to order, we generally cannot provide returns, refunds, or exchanges when an incorrect size or color was selected. Please review the product description and sizing information carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Because orders may enter production shortly after being placed, changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once production has begun.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Where applicable law provides additional cancellation, withdrawal, return, refund, or conformity rights, those rights will apply.
